- Billing issues: Subscription and billing queries are managed by Apple. Please contact Apple Support for billing-related issues at support.apple.com.
Reporting a Bug
If you encounter a technical issue with ClearReport, please include the following in your email to help us resolve it quickly:
- Your iPhone model and iOS version (Settings → General → About)
- ClearReport version number (visible in the App's Profile/Settings screen)
- A description of what happened and what you expected to happen
- Steps to reproduce the issue if possible
You do not need to send us your medical reports to report a bug. Please do not include sensitive health information in bug reports unless specifically requested.
